Since 2023, Mumineen CDC has proudly served as a committed partner of the Marion County Re-Entry Coalition, actively participating in efforts to improve the lives of formerly incarcerated individuals across our community.

Our Role & Impact:

• Policy & Housing Teams:
  We serve on both the Policy Team and the Housing Team, directly contributing to systemic change and sustainable housing solutions for returning citizens.
  
  

• Landlord Engagement Team:
  We are part of the Landlord Team, helping to bridge the gap between property owners and individuals in need of second chances, ensuring equitable access to housing.
  
  

• Active Conference Partner:
  We’ve partnered with the coalition for every major re-entry conference, helping coordinate, promote, and expand the reach of these vital gatherings.
  
  

• Legislative Advocacy & Connections:
  From organizing a Legislative Lunch & Learn two years ago to maintaining strong relationships with Indiana State Senators, we are at the forefront of policy change and legislative action that impacts the re-entry community.
  
  

• Direct Housing Support:
  Through our programs and partnerships, we provide housing to those re-entering society, ensuring a safe and stable foundation for rebuilding lives.
  
  

Together with the Marion County Re-Entry Coalition, Mumineen CDC is helping lead a movement for justice, dignity, and transformation.
