We are proud to announce a powerful partnership between Mumineen CDC and the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA). Through this collaboration, we have been awarded a $5 million grant, making us the only organization in Indianapolis to receive this funding—alongside one other in Northern Indiana.

What We Offer:

• Walk-In Referrals Welcome: Individuals can visit us directly to be connected with critical mental health and recovery services—no prior appointment or referral needed.
  
  

• Comprehensive Case Management: We support individuals by guiding them through their recovery journey, ensuring they’re connected to the right services at the right time.
  
  

• Peer Recovery Coaches: Our trained and certified peer coaches—people with lived experience—provide empathetic, one-on-one support to those navigating recovery.
  
  

• Resource Network: While we do not provide all services in-house, we outsource to trusted local organizations. These partners are compensated through our program, creating a sustainable ecosystem of care.
